CEO

Mercy Nortey: Director and Manager. Mercy is a qualified nursery teacher and a business owner. She has been in the education setting for kids between the ages of 3 months and 6 years for over 40 years. Mercy is very passionate about the work she does and believes it is not only good to tell children they are loved: they must feel loved. She is a trained Montessori teacher and has a qualification in Early Childcare Foundation. Mercy is empathetic and has demonstrated that with years of good reviews & feedback from both old and new kids. Mercy enjoys reading in her spare time. She has a daughter and 3 adorable grandchildren.

Trudy Addo has been described as ‘positive and professional’, ensuring a safe management of the service and making certain that parents and staff are communicated to with progress information, as well as working on concerns to arrive at positive results.

Teacher Gertrude

Instructor

Teacher Gertrude is a trained Montessori teacher with a solid nursery education. She has previously worked kiddies care, Dollies and Ghana Internation School, at their early childhood department for over 10 years, before joining Kiddies Care. She is very passionate about her work. In her spare time, she is passionate about church activities and spends time with her daughter.

She has a nursery qualification and early childcare, and also is Montessori qualified. She is very passionate about her work and always puts her work first. In her spare time, she spends her time in church and a proud mother of 2 adorable girls.

Teacher Mary

Instructor

Teacher Mary has been with Kiddies Care for 10 years. She has a nursery qualification and is Montessori trained. Mary is in charge of our age 2 to 3-year-olds, ensuring solid foundation with phonics reading. Kids in Mary’s class learn through play - lots of 3-letter word reading. She is a proud mother of 2 children and 4 adorable grandchildren. Mary is also the coordinator of our Arts and Crafts learning. Her aim is to bring out the creativity in all the kids.

Teacher Fausti: Is a fully qualified nursery teacher in early childhood foundation; she also has a degree in education and currently doing her master’s in education. She is very sociable and passionate about her work and a proud mother of four beautiful children. During her free time, she likes to go walking, play music and most importantly spend time with her kids.
